We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to support the company in attracting, onboarding, and engaging top talent. This role encompasses a range of HR, administrative, and clerical responsibilities aimed at enhancing our recruitment processes and employee engagement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, process, and file all new hire onboarding documentation efficiently.
- Participate in job fairs as necessary to promote our brand and attract candidates.
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for the HR team.
- Conduct both in-person and virtual new hire orientations.
- Contribute to shaping a positive company culture by embodying our Core Values and Code of Ethics.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including the company-wide newsletter and Engagement Committee.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digitally and physically.
- Manage HR paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare offer letters and review onboarding materials for new hires, averaging 15 to 40 offers weekly.
- Actively pursue ideas for process improvement within the HR department.
- Handle special projects, including audits, as assigned.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, assisting other locations when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 0-1 year of recruiting experience is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality suited for a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially strong Excel skills.
- Ability to build trust and exhibit empathy in workplace interactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude toward team development.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to challenge existing practices.
- Focused on process improvement and continuous growth.
