SHIFT: 1 st shift, M-F
We are seeking a motivated and performance driven Inside Sales Representative to support ongoing growth initiatives. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and converting qualified leads into long-term business partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, identify growth opportunities, and consistently exceed performance metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a customer-first mindset and a strong interest in global trade and transportation. The role will be equal parts hunter, farmer, and team member.
HUNTER RESPONSIBILIITES
- Proactively source new business opportunities through calls, emails, and digital outreach, identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, presentation, negotiation, and close.
- Present products and services to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner, tailored to client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs, including revenue targets, call volumes, and conversion metrics.
- Utilize a variety of tools to generate prospect lists and work through those lists to build a filter through a sales funnel.
FARMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow relationships with existing clients to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling logistics solutions.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, with timely follow-up and consistent communication.
- Follow company procedures and compliance standards in all aspects of sales and customer interaction.
INTERNAL RESPONSBILITIES
- Maintain a deep understanding of our industry, ensuring clear communication of offerings and capabilities.
- Track all sales activities, leads, and outcomes using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align on sales campaigns and customer solutions.
- Stay up to date with trends, competitive intelligence, and shifts in our industry.
- Support team goals by participating in regular sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of professional B2B sales experience with a focus on inside sales.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead generation, and client lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience documenting activity and performing email marketing campaigns using CRM software
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
