TITLE: Production Supervisor

SHIFT: 3rd Shift
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our 3rd shift team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate shift employees in day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality specifications and procedures.
- Advocate for and train employees on proactive safety measures, conduct compliance audits, and handle incident reporting and investigations into close calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and material challenges in collaboration with support personnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR on payroll and personnel issues, and coordinate with peers for essential updates during shift changes.
- Train the team on proper company protocols, emphasizing safety, quality standards, and achieving production targets.
- Manage the shift to meet production goals and minimize scrap.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory; Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in production supervision, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and remain active throughout the facility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn new systems; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player who can establish and maintain productive working relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers.
