SHIFT : Rotating Shift, 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm or 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am, including weekdays and weekends
We are looking for a Systems Support Analyst. This role requires working a rotating shift schedule, either from 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm or 7 : 00 pm to 7 : 00 am, including weekdays and weekends. As part of the IT Operations & Support Center's 24x7 team, you will collaborate with a partner during your shifts to ensure continuous coverage.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring and resolving issues related to the production technology environments.
- Primary responsibility of the on-shift staff is to oversee overnight IT systems, address any problems that arise, and promptly alert Subject Matter Experts when necessary.
- Stay informed about ITOC operations and assist with incident management, providing a status update to the next day shift on any events that occurred overnight.
