- Bachelor's degree and a CFP® designation.
- At least 8 years in financial planning or wealth management, with demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and achieving financial targets.
- Ability to transfer over some of your existing clients.
- Applicable certifications and licenses, including Series 63, Series 65, or 66.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Extensive experience in client service; adept at managing an ongoing portfolio of clients.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and tools, along with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
