Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, the Client Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, measurement, and evaluation of marketing tactics aimed at driving retention and upsell opportunities. This individual will develop a deep understanding of the needs and goals of our clients by working across all levels of the Account Management organization. An important part of this role will be to ensure that our Account Teams can crisply and effectively articulate the value of RxBenefits’ solutions as well as how our programs and capabilities work together to provide the most comprehensive specialty management solution in the pharmacy benefits market.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include :
- Develop an annual integrated marketing plan focused on driving retention and upsell to increase customer stickiness and profitability
- Devise and manage marketing campaigns and programs aimed at improving retention and upsell, including but not limited to, email campaigns, webinars / lunch and learns, welcome & nurture programs, and client newsletters
- Maintain a library of Account Management enablement materials with clear communications plans and instructions for use to ensure successful internal adoption
- Develop a deep audience and industry knowledge to drive the right messaging, at the right time, and in the right channels for this audience
- Work closely with the Market and Client Insights Analyst to understand client needs and how to most effectively address them
- Gain an understanding of the customer journey and determine how to best impact client decision-making at various points along the journey
- Work with Product Marketing Managers to leverage commercial enablement tools to drive client messaging and outcomes
- Communicate marketing plans with key internal partners inside the marketing team and across key functional partners including Account Management, Operations, and Learning and Development
- Support retention efforts for at-risk clients, including customized presentation and communications support
- Track, report, and analyze program performance to understand effectiveness and identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve results
- Arm the account teams with an array of impactful tools to enable them to share the differentiated value that RxBenefits offers
- Attend account team meetings at all levels to best understand the challenges and needs of the internal teams and their clients
- Develop a list of best practices related to driving improved retention and product upsell
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Experience :
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $88,000 to $110,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
