PBM Pricing Analyst
RxBenefits is hiring! We are adding a PBM Pricing Analyst to our growing Pricing & Analytics team. This position will work to support the Senior Director of Pricing & Analytics and the Account Management Team regarding PBM Contractual Pricing (New Business Setup, Auditing / Testing and Training). The Analysts may work remotely or in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. The Analyst is ultimately responsible for the preparation and delivery of Pricing Setup, Analysis and Testing in a timely and accurate fashion.
Job Duties Include :
- Manage and setup the PBM Contractual Pricing for all 1 / 1 new business
- Responsible for generating current client renewal pricing for all current accounts
- Setup all new pricing products in SalesForce
- Collaborate with RxBenefits’ PBM partners to audit new pricing enrollments
- Pre and Post audits to ensure group pricing is accurate
- Ensure that renewal pricing is set-up accurately through annual year end audits with our PBM partners
- Monthly & Quarterly Testing of any New Business or Renewal to ensure the claims are adjudicating per the financial guarantee
- Work directly with the PBMs to address any Pricing discrepancies / issues
- Manage escalation as needed internally and with PBM contacts
- Assist with the Training & Workflow Creation for the Pharmacy Financial Performance Analyst team
- Serve as SME for all pricing related set ups and any custom pricing arrangements
- Assist Account Management with questions or issues pertaining to Pricing
- Lead new hire training sessions for pricing and SalesForce set ups
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to validate rebate payments with quarterly estimates and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop SOPs for the role
