Position Summary
This position will be responsible for creating and processing documentation related to Patient Support functions including, but not limited to leads and patient training. Additional responsibilities include monitoring emails and queues related to these functions and generating tasks for supporting personnel and departments.
This position will interact with the Patient Support Manager and RxFunction trainers as well as other RxFunction departments, when needed.
This position is responsible for ensuring prompt, correct and complete handling of emails, phone messages, documents and assignments related to the orders and processes that support patient needs.

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for and has authority that includes:
- Entering new patient leads into company systems
- Managing lead requests and assigning tasks related to leads to the appropriate personnel/team
- Reporting on progress of lead requests and assigned tasks
- Managing training related emails and phone calls
- Assigning patient training to appropriate personnel
- Generating required training documents
- Entering returned training documentation into company systems
- Managing queue of assigned trainings and reporting on status
- Identifying training needs, including geographic gaps and working with company resources to fill such needs
- Associate degree or equivalent business experience
- Experience in medical industry such as clinical, health insurance, durable medical, etc.
- Microsoft Office, Adobe, Filemaker
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team
- Typing proficiency to input large amounts of information accurately and efficiently
- Flexibility to adapt to process and system changes as needed in a rapidly growing environment
