Role and Requirements :
- Lead and Collaborate : Work with talented teammates to design, develop, and execute software programming initiatives, ensuring scalable, production-ready code.
- Project Management : Manage the software development lifecycle, including planning, organizing, and coordinating work to meet client expectations on time and defect-free.
- Client and Team Communication : Communicate project statuses and proposals effectively with cross-functional departments, building cohesion among teams.
- System Analysis and Performance : Analyze data to coordinate the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems and monitor system performance.
- Quality Assurance : Apply best practices and standard operating procedures, test new software, fix bugs, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify ways to improve our practices and make recommendations to leadership to improve on-time delivery, high-quality code, and appropriate capacity planning for sprints.
- Mentorship : Potentially lead a small team of Software Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
