• Prepare operational and financial data for research, investigation, projects or general business actions
• Access multiple databases, extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall operational and financial performance
• Develop and implement strategies to recover lost revenue, including process improvements and enhanced tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current process and pinpoint inefficiencies
• Research operational and financial data, including performance and productivity data, to identify potential error, trends to aid in root cause identification and corrective actions
• Identify revenue leakage opportunities through data analysis and process audits
• Prepare regular reporting and presentations for management and the executive leadership team on recovery efforts, trends and recommendations
• Monitor and analyze financial metrics to assess the impact of implemented changes on revenue recovery What you’ll need to excel : At a minimum, you’ll need :
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience in comprehensive supply chain or logistics
• Expertise in preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
• Experience with converting raw data into usable formats
• Support experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), order management applications and database systems It’d be great if you also have :
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ability to extract system data from SAP and utilize Excel / Access to develop reports; expert-level Excel skills, including macros
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Solid problem-solving techniques, statistical analysis skills and the ability to create queries, solid data mining and development skills
• Ability to create solutions-based reports to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Fundamental comprehension of warehouse operations and supply chain structure
