As a Manager, Senior Facilities Maintenance at RXO, you will be a team member of a world class facilities program. You will maintain the smooth and efficient operation of all equipment, ensuring the building and facilities are in proper condition at all times. You will manage the capital budget and all required projects of the Facilities Department. - Manage the Facilities Construction program for the LTL network
- Manage projects and budgets for assigned facilities
- Schedule and coordinate with onsite staff to ensure smooth delivery of all projects
- Use data to help improve decision making and work to become more predictive
- Provide the highest level of customer service and be a technical resource for service center leaders
- Communicate with service center leaders regarding ongoing projects; coordinate the maintenance and repair of the assigned facility’s dock, fuel island, security measures, and mechanic’s shop
- Monitor and maintain all purchase orders, work orders and invoices for assigned facilities
- Oversee contractor services and quotations with a focus on cost avoidance
- Manage the contractor network for your assigned areas. Conduct Qtrly performance reviews with vendors and look to constantly improve on service levels
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently What you’ll need to excel : At a minimum, you’ll need :
- 5 years of experience
- Familiarity with fuel island infrastructure
- Familiarity with building systems including Fire Life Safety, Roofing, Asphalt / Concrete, and Electrical
- The aptitude to perform semi-complex mathematical operations
- Experience using CMMS systems
- Experience with Project Management
- Experience with Budget Management It’d be great if you also have :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with multiple manufacturers’ equipment
- Experience working Internationally
- Preventative Maintenance Experience This job requires the ability to :
- Lift objects of various shapes and sizes up to 25 lbs. Frequently, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
- Walk, reach (including above your head) and climb
- Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
