Position Summary :
The Director of Architecture will design, produce, and implement functional software solutions in a fast-paced organization where the technology is the product. This position requires great attention to detail, self-initiative, the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and working well with other software engineers on the team and managing an architecture team. In this role, you will design and develop software solutions within a cloud-based, microservices architecture using leading-edge technologies including C#, .NET, and Visual Studio. This role will be setting the architecture standards across the Enterprise Platform and will guide various teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create architectural approaches for software design, understanding of architecture patterns, microservices, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Generative AI.
- Support the transformation of the technology architecture to support the company growth plans, building scalable platform solutions as well as building and customizing best-in-class software products.
- Expert in delivering complex enterprise-level solutions and with iterative software delivery.
- Define the technical footprint and architecture; build and execute on the architecture plans efficiently to build the best-in-class user and customer experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills and should be able to articulate the architecture concepts to the various stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to the architect team with abilities to inspire the team.
- Lead by example to foster a team culture conducive to innovation, high productivity, and high quality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Experience :
Salary Range : 200,000 - 240,000
