Position Overview :

As an innovative health technology firm, RxSense is continuously developing and launching new products and services. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager to create and execute marketing communications strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. This role focuses on overseeing and developing marketing content, managing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all external communications.

In addition to supporting strategy development, this role provides hands-on tactical support for day-to-day marketing operations, including writing and editing B2B materials such as case studies, value propositions, emails, and newsletters. The ideal candidate is not only a strategic thinker but also a skilled writer, able to craft compelling content that resonates with B2B audiences and drives lead generation.

This position also requires strong project management skills, as the Marcom Manager will oversee the execution of various campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. The ability to track performance metrics and report on marketing activities is crucial for optimizing strategies and demonstrating campaign effectiveness.

You will work closely with external partners, and internal stakeholders, including executive management, sales, product marketing, brand marketing, and communications teams. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, analytical, and execution-minded, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement integrated B2B marketing communications strategies that align with business goals and drive growth.
  • Provide strong writing and editing support for the development of marketing content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communicating complex solutions to target audiences.
  • Maintain a comprehensive style guide that defines the brand's tone, voice, and language usage, ensuring consistency across all written communications and marketing materials.
  • Support the development and distribution of digital content across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and Executive Leadership, to ensure marketing materials align with overall business objectives and product messaging.
  • Provide tactical support in managing digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media, and paid search, to increase engagement and generate leads.
  • Manage project timelines
  • Collaborate on internal communications strategies to ensure alignment between internal messaging and external marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for crafting thought leadership pieces and content that positions RxSense as an industry leader.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in developing effective B2B content, including case studies, white papers, and B2B campaigns.
  • Proven track record of providing both strategic and tactical marketing support, including hands-on involvement in day-to-day marketing tasks.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including managing email campaigns, social media strategies, and paid search efforts.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and functions within an organization.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar for overseeing graphic design projects.
  • Experience in crafting marketing materials that resonate with B2B audiences and drive business results.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing market needs.
  • Salary Range : 90,000 - 115,000
