As a QA Automation Engineer with a focus on PBM and Microservices, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for our healthcare and pharmacy-related systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of our microservices-based applications and solutions within the PBM domain. This position requires a strong understanding of both the technical aspects of automation and the nuances of the PBM indust

ry.

  Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for PBM systems and microservices applications using tools such as Selenium, Postman, JUnit, or Cyp
• ress.Create and execute automation scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across microserv
• ices.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand business requirements, user stories, and PBM-specific workflows and ensure comprehensive test cove
• rage.Automate testing for API endpoints, backend services, and microservices, ensuring integration points are thoroughly te
• sted.Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to integrate automated tests into the overall development lifecycle using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Circ
• leCI.Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and risks in a timely manner using issue-tracking systems such as
• Jira.Work closely with manual testers to transition manual test cases into automated scripts, ensuring full test coverage for key business processes in PBM workf

Qualifica

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent exper
• ience).7 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on testing microservices archite
• ctures.Strong understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes, including claims processing, formulary management, eligibility, and drug utilization mana
• gement.Expertise in designing and developing automation scripts using languages such as Java, Python, or Java
• Script.Experience with test automation tools for REST APIs (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, S
• oapUI).Experience testing microservices-based applications and ensuring communication between services (e.g., RESTful APIs, message queues, event-driven sy
• stems).Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Octopus for automating the deployment and testing p
• rocess.Familiarity with database testing and SQL for validating data integrity and performing backend verifi
• cation.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and testing cloud-native applic
• ations.Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is
• a plus.Ability to write clear, maintainable, and reusable automation code and fram
