Your Role
- Diagnose and treat patients through high-quality chiropractic adjustments
- Oversee and mentor Associate Chiropractors and clinic staff
- Ensure clinic operations align with patient care and growth goals
- Maintain accurate patient records using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care
What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Chiropractic License (DC) – Valid in VA or MD (dual licensure a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience – Leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong adjusting and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Business acumen is a plus
Location
We are primarily hiring for our Alexandria, VA clinic. However, candidates may also be considered for:
- Aldie, VA
- Arlington, VA
- Ashburn, VA
- Herndon/Reston, VA
- Rockville, MD
- Tysons/McLean, VA
- Vienna/Oakton, VA
Applicants will be considered for both Lead Chiropractor and Associate Chiropractor roles based on experience.
