- Guide & lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in-person, or phone with support from our Sales Management
- Understand and implement the Dealership’s CRM Software
- Present and demonstrate inventory both in-person and virtually through video
- Offer payment and lease options for selected vehicles
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Review monthly plans and goals with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standards
- Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification
- Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal but not required
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
