We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Duties
- Assisting Controller with HR functions relating to payroll, benefits, workers comp, hiring and terminations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and onboarding processes
- Support affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
- Handle payroll tasks using Netchex- Participate in project management initiatives related to HR programs
- Utilize DMS systems for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Experience
Pay : $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
Expected hours : 40 per week
