William Ryan Homes – Dallas is looking for a highly-motivated Online Sales Counselor with excellent communication skills to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Converting sales information calls into appointments and generating leads through compelling, call to action website content, and for following up on leads through proficient use of our CRM system HubSpot. The Online Sales Counselor will use expert knowledge and sales ability to convert the leads into appointments and the subsequent conversion to Sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Building and maintaining realtor relations and promoting William Ryan Homes throughout the community
- Auditing WRH and other referring 3rd party websites for accuracy; monitoring new promotions and ideas from competitors' websites
- Responding to all phone and internet inquiries expeditiously; converting leads to appointments and scheduling prospect appointments
- Providing varied project and administrative support to the Marketing team in the development of marketing and advertising programs / promotions for new and existing communities
- Meeting monthly minimum lead to appointment conversion goals
