We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team! You will be joining a great team AND have a rewarding career in the automotive industry. Our service advisors help customers get back on the road and stay on the road by recommending repairs and preventative maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Customer Service experience is essential
A positive attitude is a must
Possess a desire to succeed
Strong communications skills
Outgoing personality
Have a valid driver's license
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Present solutions and options to customer for vehicle repair
Recommend preventative maintenance
Prospect and contact existing and potential customers to make them aware of manufacturer special offers and recalls
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Strive to become a product knowledge expert
