Job Description

AI-Driven User Experience & Application Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications that enhance usability and adoption of AI solutions across Ryan’s business functions.
• Create value based, user-friendly experiences for AI models and applications, ensuring seamless interactions between business users and AI systems.
• Develop web-based or embedded solutions for AI-enabled applications, leveraging front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or other.
• Prototype and test AI-driven features (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics tools, agents) to demonstrate value before full-scale implementation.
  
  

AI Integration & Deployment

• Collaborate closely with the AI/ML Engineer to translate AI models into production-ready applications that are easily consumable by end-users.
• Design & build models, applications, and interactive tools to ensure AI insights are accessible and actionable.
• Work with cloud platforms (such as GCP, Azure, etc) to integrate AI capabilities into Ryan’s existing tech stack.
• Develop AI-enhanced workflow automation solutions to streamline decision-making processes.
  
  

Business Alignment & AI Strategy Execution

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define AI-driven solutions that align with Ryan’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements to ensure AI applications meet the needs of non-technical users.
• Ensure ethical AI principles, accessibility, and explainability are embedded in AI-powered solutions.
  
  

Data Capture & Human-AI Interaction

• Develop new methods for collecting and leveraging business-critical data through AI-assisted interactions (e.g., voice-to-text summaries, NLP-powered form filling).
• Enable business users to interact with AI through natural language interfaces and conversational AI experiences.
• Design AI-powered solutions that help leadership and employees quickly extract insights from business documents, reports, and data repositories.
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have

• 2-5 years of experience in AI-powered application development, front-end engineering, and UX design for AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of generative AI development, NLP models, and AI integration within business applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and API development (REST, GraphQL).
• Experience working with LLMs, RAG applications, and AI-driven automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI deployment (Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered search technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical AI solutions into business-friendly applications.
  
  

Some Things You Can Expect To Do

• Experience designing conversational AI experiences (chatbots, virtual assistants).
• Understanding of ethical AI principles, human-centered AI design, and accessibility standards.
• Exposure to ML model deployment pipelines and MLOps best practices.
  
  

Compensation

The base pay range is $87,300-$130,900/Annually. The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
