Job Description :
Ryan Companies is looking for a Proposal / Marketing Specialist to join our team! This individual will support the marketing and business development efforts at a national level. This role will focus on the national proposal / pursuit system, collaborating with Ryan's shared services and construction teams to execute marketing plans, assisting with the management of internal stores, RFPs, and presentation support.
Some things you can expect to do :
Produce and support the execution of marketing materials and initiatives that align with business objectives
Provide support for RFQ / RFPs, presentations and other business development activities
Advocate, align and apply brand guidelines across all materials
Build brand awareness through internal cultural events and external marketing campaigns
Create, maintain and organize proposal system materials
Coordinate production with vendors including sign, print and publications
Use marketing project management software to organize and track projects
Assist in management and operations of internal Ryan stores
Keep a pulse on competitors and their marketing deliverables
Be a first point of contact for Adobe InDesign questions related to functionality of the tool
Support national St. Patrick's Day efforts
To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required. You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses), Microsoft Office suite, and Adobe Creative Suite is required. You must be able to create, work, and deliver within a short defined schedule with a fast-paced team environment.

Compensation :
The base pay is $34.26 - $51.38 per hour ($71,260 - $106,870 per year). The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and / or an incentive program.
