Job Description :
Ryan Companies is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This individual will support the marketing and business development efforts a national level for Ryan's sectors. The focus of this role includes sector engagement, brand awareness, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), presentations, project marketing, conferences and events, memberships, advertising, community impact, key client support, sponsorships, public relations (PR), and social media.
Some things you can expect to do :
Support the execution of national sector marketing plans
Provide execution support to pursuits and other business development activities
Coordinate the development of custom marketing collateral and BD materials as needed and in partnership with national marketing team
Support the execution of brand awareness activities - conferences / events, sponsorships, sector industry associations, media placements, awards, speaking engagements, direct or electronic mail, advertising, educational events and other sector communication channels
In partnership with the national PR team, support sector PR efforts and placements
Assist with writing needs for sector specific content including, speaking engagements, articles / white papers, collateral, etc.
Data support in national CRM platform, ensuring that data is accurate and updated, producing reports as needed, managing contact lists and tracking BD activity
Support the maintenance of proposal system materials for collateral, project summary sheets and bios
To be successful in this role, a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is required. You must at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of database concepts (such as CRM systems and their uses) is required. You must be able to create, work, and deliver within a short defined schedule in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Compensation :
The base pay is $62,200 - $93,400 per year. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and / or an incentive program.
