Job Description :
The Senior Project Manager at Ryan will work directly with owners / clients, subcontractors, internal accounting, and construction management team. Manage efforts of assigned Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers and / or Project Managers I or II while directly reporting to Division Manager.
Purpose : Manage Project Team to meet goals, budgets and highest customer satisfaction.
Scope : Project sizes may range from $10M to $100M
Some things you can expect to do :
- Develops contacts and quickly builds relationships with potential customers.
- Plays a key role in relationship building and management of customers.
- Effectively negotiates business and legal provisions of construction contracts.
- Consistently achieves customer satisfaction goals and raving fans.
- Consistently achieves high levels of quality, design and profitability on projects assigned to the team.
- Achieves team financial goals.
- Assures the team's accounts receivables are managed effectively and collected promptly.
- Assures the team's warranty issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Assures that general team administrative responsibilities are carried out promptly and accurately.
- Participate or lead owner / client presentations and negotiations.
- Oversee design development, budget preparation and development of project schedules.
- Supervise team of Project Engineers, Sr. Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s).
- Play a key role in developing procurement strategy including preparing bid documents, negotiating and awarding subcontracts.
- Assure project closeout duties are completed per Ryan standards and in a timely manner.

Compensation :
The base pay range is $137,000-205,500 / Annually . The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and / or an incentive program.
