Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry level assistant project manager to join our small family-owned Construction Services Company and assist with the daily implementation of services to clients in NH and ME Seacoast area.
APM/Site Duties and Responsibilities
-Assist the Project Manager and Site Supervisor with implementation of project plan
-Daily site check in
-Interact with subcontractors and suppliers
- Complete and submit permit applications
-Coordination of inspections as required by code
-Assist with estimating and bidding
-Direct and assist with site cleanup and organization
-This position is primarily a field position with 80% of the time on site and 20% office
-This is a Monday-Friday position from 7am to 4pm with flex time as needed
APM/Site Skills and Qualifications
-Construction experience preferred
-Confident telephone skills
-Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
-Be able to lift 50# and be willing to assist with material pickup and delivery
-Willingness to assist with site cleanup as required
-Be able to work with multiple builders/clients to complete residential construction, light
commercial, and multi-family projects
-Must be able to be self-motivated and task oriented
Compensation
$50k-$60k depending on experience
