Job Description: Graphic Designer
Type: Full-time, hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote after 90 days)
Location: Cornelius, NC
Compensation: $54k base bonus
Scope: As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to execute impactful branding and communication projects. Your role involves visually communicating brand identity across diverse media platforms while maintaining design consistency and elevating creative quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and refine creative projects, including branding, marketing collateral, social media content, sales presentations, and promotional materials.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Collaborate to ensure design consistency across all communication channels.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's range of services to enhance design outcomes.
- Support marketing and communication activities by creating exceptional, thoughtful designs.
- Manage multiple projects with a proactive approach to prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain high standards for creativity, technical execution, and timeline adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and digital/print design.
- Strong skills in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote).
- Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to design.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding verbal and visual communication abilities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across various mediums.
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services/ life insurance industries.
- Background in advertising agency work, supporting multiple brands.
- Experience designing websites using Wix, WordPress, or SquareSpace.
- Knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
