Compensation: $100-$120k base

Responsibilities:
- Virtualization Management: Maintain and support VMware infrastructure with a planned migration to Nutanix.
- Containerization: Utilize Docker to build, manage, and optimize containerized applications, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Cloud Services: Manage and support workloads in Microsoft Azure, optimizing cloud resources for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Load Balancing: Implement and maintain load-balancing solutions to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Sharding Strategies: Work with database and application teams to effectively implement sharding for improved scalability and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with VMware and/or Nutanix in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker containerization and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and best practices.
- Experience configuring and maintaining load balancing solutions.
- Understanding of sharding methodologies and their impact on performance optimization.
