JOB SUMMARY
Accounting Analyst for a great Software Company, who will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, with a focus on bill payments, procurement, and expense reimbursements. You'll work closely with our financial systems to ensure accurate data synchronization and assist in critical month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Bill Pays, procurement, and employee reimbursement processes using Ramp
- Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of Ramp / NetSuite transaction synchronization
- Assist with monthly accruals, particularly those related to Bill Pays and employee reimbursements
- Assist with cash applications Support the monthly financial close process
- Perform ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required
- Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting function
