Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met, addressing any issues promptly.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage sales reports.
- Help train new employees on operational procedures and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality service.
- Implement health and safety regulations within the establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A background in hotel or catering services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
