Our inside sales people work closely with field inspectors, our administrative team, and our outside sales folks to ensure that deficiencies are quoted and repaired in a timely manner. We use our inside sales role as an entry level position to learn the technicalities of our business and build good sales strategies. This position is an inside sales role with a projected monthly quota. This is a salary quarterly bonus position.
Overview:
The inside sales role is designed to pursue customer’s fire protection deficiencies that have been determined by our Inspection personnel
Key Responsibilities
- Quotes and manages inspection deficiencies
- Responsible for meeting sales and margin goals
- Responsible to track/log sales quotes in CRM and follow up
- Responsible for billing completed work and tracking unbilled work orders
- Responsible for coordinating work with service coordinator
- Responsible for ordering material and scheduling necessary tools and equipment to complete projects
Important Skills
- Knowledge of the fire protection industry (field experience) is preferred but not required, strong communicator, self-starter, highly organized
