What Were Looking For:
- Experience: NETA Level II or III certification preferred, or equivalent field experience in electrical testing or maintenance.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in testing, commissioning, or maintaining transformers, switchgear, protective relays, and/or other critical equipment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with reading schematics, performing power studies (short circuit, arc flash), and using testing equipment.
