- Managed teams of project managers, install managers, and service technicians in a structured, process-driven way.
- Successfully scaled operations in a company with at least $15M in revenue.
- Developed and implemented efficient workflows, budgeting models, and operational strategies to improve margins and performance.
- Built and maintained high-functioning teams while ensuring smooth execution of complex projects.
- Thrived in stable, strategic environments, focusing on structured growth rather than high-pressure, fast-churn business models.
