Our company is rapidly growing and we are expanding our irrigation group. If you love working outside this role will involve irrigation installation, service/repair and excellent customer service skills.
What we look for in a RYAN Irrigation Service Route Manager:
- Enjoy troubleshooting and solving problems
- Enjoys working with systems
- Building customer relationships
Irrigation, landscape, plumbing or related fields is a plus, as is industry experience. However, if you have a willingness to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry.
What does a RYAN Irrigation Specialist?
- Assist in completing irrigation installation or service/ repair on client properties
- Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own
- Provide excellent account management and customer service
- Possess knowledge of irrigation practices as well as all other RYAN services
Requirements
- 2 years of irrigation install or service and repair experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking at least 3 miles per day
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Collaborative mindset
- Adaptability to work in diverse weather conditions
- Valid Driver’s License
