In this role, you’ll play a key part in transforming outdoor spaces with high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring visions to life.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, grading terrain, and prepping soil.
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and lighting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members for seamless project execution.
- Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and best practices.
Requirements
- Passion for working outdoors and creating beautiful landscapes.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, perform physically demanding tasks, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
