Join the Ryan Lawn & Tree team as a Landscape Support Trainee, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our operations and ensuring our teams are equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities
As a Landscape Support Trainee, you will:
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with small equipment and truck repairs.
- Load and unload landscape and construction materials daily.
- Deliver and retrieve equipment to and from job sites.
- Maintain and organize shop spaces, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Support retail sales operations as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance and projects.
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks in the shop.
- Provide logistical support to ROL production teams.
- Handle equipment deliveries and pickups.
Requirements
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- The ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles daily.
- A working knowledge of Design/Build practices and a basic understanding of Ryan Lawn & Tree's services.
- The ability to work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license.
