Responsibilities:
- The mechanic is responsible for inspecting and repairing RLT vehicles and RLT equipment/machinery.They oversee maintenance inspections, monitor inventory, perform repairs as well as communicate with vendors on specific repairs they cannot perform.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work.
- Continuing on the job and in the classroom training on all aspects of Ryan provided services with the goal of being able to service the client at a higher level with each year of employment.
- Will interact with internal clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations for repair and maintenance on company equipment and vehicles. Additionally will help solve problems as they arise.
- Possesses a Comprehensive knowledge of equipment preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Be willing and able to train and coach new hires, Field Associates, other team members regarding best practices in equipment maintenance and care. Share tips and practices gleaned from the field to help acclimate new hires.
- Maintain Equipment/Vehicle maintenance records and enter data into Fleetio and Asse Tiger daily.
- Provides feedback and input on capital equipment planning for various departments.
Requirements
- 4 Years Mechanic experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in tight areas in and under vehicles.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to schedule, organize, and prioritize.
- Ability to use computerized diagnostic equipment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to weld and do minor fabrication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Starting compensation is $24.00-$30.00 depending on experience plus bonuses
