Key Responsibilities:
- Create career paths for team members to ensure a bright future for all.
- Lead team meetings and one-on-ones to provide feedback, set expectations, and track progress.
- Establish and achieve annual, monthly, and daily goals while forecasting budgets.
- Develop and implement a strategy for success, actively participating in company meetings to discuss goals and results.
- Prioritize daily activities and lead change management efforts.
- Reinforce safety practices and teach staff to identify and resolve irrigation issues.
- Maintain strong interpersonal and customer service skills, coaching the team to grow their client base and recommend RYAN’s services.
- Help Ryan continue to stand out and lead the industry.
Requirements
- Loves the idea of working outside and making a difference
- Believes only high-quality people should be hired and developed one at a time
- 5-8 years of related experience in management and operations.
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office or Google apps
- Must be motivated, ambitious, high energy, hardworking and want to make a difference
- Current State driver's licenses with no violations
- Able to obtain Nebraska and Iowa applicators license within 3 months of hire.
- Able to obtain a Drivers Medical Examiners Certificate (DOT Required)
