We are looking for a seasonal landscape plant maintenance crew member. The schedule for this position would include 2-3 days per week, roughly 20-30 hours during the months March - May.
What does a landscape plant maintenance crew member / pruner do?
- Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, and clean ups on a regular schedule and on call as needed.
- Work well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties.
- Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services.
- Posses a general knowledge of tree and shrub maintenance practices.
- Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property.
