Responsibilities:
- Assist department manager with oversight of the schedule.
- Know what jobs are on the schedule and match jobs to the technician most suited to the scope of work
- Facilitating the successful outcome of each service order by supporting the technicians, dispatcher and service manager either over the phone or in person
- Ensure technicians are supported in all ways whether it’s technical help, finding materials, ensuring they have proper truck stock and tools, etc.
