Ryan Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Fire Protection is a family-owned company in Rochester, NY. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our Green Energy Department!! At Ryan Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Fire Protection, we strive to offer products and services of the best quality to our residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Our Green Energy Division provides home energy assessments, health & safety testing, efficiency testing, infrared inspections, whole house evaluation reports, help with securing incentives and financing, air sealing, insulation, high efficient equipment installation.

Pay Range : $20-$25/hour
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing every home's specific needs and meeting those to the best of your ability
- Building work scopes for customers in an efficient and timely manner
- Maximizing the amount of work done to every home to save energy and maximize customer safety and comfort
- Keeping the customer well informed as to how their work scope is progressing through the portal
- Product knowledge and ability to help a customer understand the equipment they will potentially purchase
- Deciphering each house's specific equipment requirements and making sure to recommend the proper system and insulation improvements
- Final projects will include hands on installation of approved incentives Examples: dryer vent led light bulbs Dehumidifiers ETC
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Personable
- Excellent people skills
- Customer Service experience
- HVAC training/education preferred but not required
- BPI Certification preferred but not required
- field training will be provided on the job
- After applicant reaches the 90-day review period, Company may consider supplying/paying for BPI certifications
