Position Summary
The IT Onboarding Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company from and IT perspective. Collaborating closely with HR, business leaders, and IT, they will leverage their expertise to develop and implement a smooth, efficient, and effective IT onboarding program. Responsibilities will include coordinating IT orientation sessions, managing IT onboarding schedules, and ensuring that all access and technology needs are met, and new joiners are well-integrated and equipped for success from day one.
What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities :
- Organize and facilitate IT orientation sessions to introduce new hires to technology, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain detailed IT onboarding schedules to ensure all necessary steps are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure new employees have the necessary technology, including setting up applications, hardware, and access to systems.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT to streamline the IT onboarding process and address any issues that arise.
- Offer ongoing support to new hires, answering questions and providing resources to help them integrate smoothly from a technology perspective.
- Track IT Onboarding Progress : Monitor and report on the progress of new hires through the onboarding process, making adjustments as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the IT onboarding program to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collect feedback from recent hires and department heads to identify areas for improvement, then implement changes such as updating IT training materials or introducing new IT onboarding activities.
- Create and update IT onboarding documents, training manuals, and welcome packets to ensure new hires have all the information they need.
- Organize and sometimes lead training sessions on company technology tools, applications, hardware, and other essential topics to help new employees get up to speed quickly.

The target hourly rate range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00 per hour.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
