The internal consulting team is a team of management consultants with a strong problem -solving skillset and significant insurance expertise. Our team reflects top talent from consulting firms, leading financial services companies, and recent graduates of the most competitive universities. The team's mission is to help solve Ryan Specialty's most pressing challenges and strategic priorities, while serving as a pipeline of potential talent for the organization. We work in a highly collaborative model and prioritize development.
As a Manager in this team, you will be the point person for a given strategic project, responsible for managing day-to-day delivery, aligning stakeholders, pushing the thinking forward to drive a high-quality solution, and providing coaching to junior resources in the context of the project.
The role will also require proactive highlighting of issues and identifying potential solutions beyond the workstream as well as contributions to building the operational excellence of the internal consulting team.

The target salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
