Position Summary
The Project Manager will be expected to identify issues and resolve problems following PMO guidelines and group standard operating procedures. A high level of communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively within all levels of the organization, is required. The Project Manager must possess an acute attention to detail and the dedication to see projects through from start to finish.
What will your job entail?
Essential Functions :
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, business stakeholders and project SME's.
- Build, manage, and track project plans through execution.
- Compile reporting documentation to monitor, track and prioritize deliverables.
- Monitor and update resource allocation needs to ensure coverage on project tasks.
- Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Identify program risk and mitigation plans to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead meetings related to project status, risks, issues, action items, or change controls.
- Effectively communicate relevant project information and provide direction to stakeholders and the Project Team.
- Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
- Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
- Report project performance via the PMO and escalate wherever necessary to ensure project success.

The target salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually.
The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
