As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the key driver of our sales and business expansion efforts. You'll cultivate relationships with homeowners, create opportunities for growth, and develop innovative strategies to expand our presence in the community. This is more than just a sales role, it's a leadership position with growth potential in our executive team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team across both brands.
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Implement ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our market reach.
  • Strengthen relationships with referral partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales automation to streamline processes.
  • Oversee client presentations, proposals, and the full sales pipeline.
  • Analyze data to refine sales tactics and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive qualified leads.
  • Leverage community engagement, networking events, and grassroots marketing.
  • Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through targeted sales strategies.
  • Build trust with homeowners, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to project completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Implement client satisfaction initiatives to ensure a world-class customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction, remodeling, or real estate.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a successful sales team.
  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to exceed revenue goals.
  • Ability to build trust with homeowners and communicate the value of our design-build process.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop creative ways to increase lead generation and expand market reach.
  • Experience with CRM systems, pricing tools, and sales automation is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of local market trends and a passion for high-quality home remodeling.
  • Willingness to engage with the community and leverage networking opportunities.
  • Ability to commute within a reasonable distance of Warminster, PA.
