- Evaluate : Assess speech, language, and swallowing difficulties
- Diagnose : Identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Treat : Create and carry out treatment plans to address specific needs
- Teach : Teach clients how to make sounds, improve their voices, and maintain fluency
- Educate : Educate patients and their families
