Technical Specialist – IT Information Security
- Location: United States (On-site 3 days/week in Golden, CO)
- Schedule: Full-time, Regular Shift
- Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000
Join our client to drive threat intelligence initiatives that safeguard critical infrastructure. You'll collaborate with public/private sector partners in a cutting-edge fusion center environment and contribute to cybersecurity best practices, particularly within OT and utility environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze cyber threat intelligence (CTI) trends
- Guide CTI strategy and contribute to threat hunting efforts
- Author intelligence reports and track remediation efforts
- Maintain CTI metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, attend industry events
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal training
- Education:
- Master's in IT/Cyber/CS 6 years experience
- OR Bachelor's 8 years experience
- Experience:
- Cybersecurity background required
- Senior-level CTI experience preferred
- OT, industrial control systems, or utility sector experience a plus
- Top Secret Clearance or eligibility required
- Prior clearance strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Deadline-driven and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must respond to emergency assignments
- Available 24/7 for off-hour emergencies
- Must be willing to travel as needed
