Administrative Assistant
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will execute administrative policies determined by or in conjunction with executives by performing the following responsibilities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Composes routine and complex correspondences including agenda, notices, minutes, resolutions, memos, confidential correspondences, reports, strategic plans, and other documents
- Coordinates month-end, and quarterly review books
- Arranges travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel related meetings
- Addresses / manages internal and external client concerns
- Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate area or member
- Assists with marketing events as needed
- Updates client records as needed
- Reconcile Bank Statements
- Facilitate Weekly Payroll
- Manage Employee Benefits
- Assist with Finacial Statements
- Monitor Accounting Schedules
- Attend department meetings
- Need to have Excellent Excel Skills!
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
