Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Contractor to complete work orders across Genesee County, Detroit, Lansing, and surrounding areas. This role requires a professional with experience in general home repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling.
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned work orders efficiently and with high-quality craftsmanship.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling on residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and fix common issues related to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, doors/windows, and general carpentry.
- Thoroughly document the work process, including before/after photos and detailed notes on completed work.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and up to company standards.
- Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Experience in general home maintenance, repairs, and remodeling.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license.
Must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Compensation & Payment Terms:

Invoices are paid 7-30 days after job completion.
