Office Administrator/Cold Calling Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Cold Caller to call potential clients, procure new avenues of finding/reaching potential clients. This could move in a role of becoming part of the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure that office procedures run smoothly and efficiently, support team members, and provide excellent organizational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calling potential business to business (B2B) clients.
- Ability to clearly express & 'pitch' services to potential clients in the construction industry.
- Ability to use excel , email, and other general software.
- Oversee the general operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Base Pay with commission incentive. This is a performance based postion.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
