RYCO Landscape Supply is currently seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone at our landscape supply retail store in Plymouth, MA. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication and computer skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
As a Retail Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, providing information about our product line, and offering appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. A positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner will be key to your success in this role. By ensuring that all customers leave our store satisfied, you will contribute to the growth of our repeat business.
While industry experience is not mandatory, candidates should demonstrate a basic understanding of our product offerings. We offer overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that availability on Saturdays is essential, particularly during the busy summer season. This is a full-time position.
