**Job Overview**
Rydal Park, a HumanGood community, is seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dining room. This includes supervising team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
Salary Range: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members in performance of duties
- Run Show Time meetings to review menu and service standards
- Attend Connect meetings and production meetings as requested
- Oversee work of Wait Staff in production, procedures, and duties
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Prepare work schedules and oversee daily work assignments for Wait Staff
- Assist supervisor in developing work procedures and policies
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum 6 months of professional managerial experience in related field; or equivalent knowledge
- ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification required
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certification preferred
